The Work
Our numbers, labeled: what we verified, what owners report.
Two tags do the honest work here. A figure markedCDS-verified came out of instrumentation we operate — a form log, a rank grid, a Search Console we administer. A figure markedOwner-reported is one a client handed us, passed along with the tag still attached. The two never get blurred together.
Why a studio tags its figures
Most of this field advertises with figures no outsider could confirm. Our habit runs the other way: each result traces back to a private ledger, and its tag tells you how far to lean on it. The verified ones we assert without hedging. The owner-reported ones we relay at face value — genuine accounts from genuine clients, but their books belong to them, not to us, so we won't dress the retelling up as an audit. Anything missing from these pages and that ledger is a claim we simply don't make.
The case studies
Three builds from the Gulf Coast fleet — the same trades and the same storm-season pressures as this market, set a few hundred miles to the south. Every figure below carries its tag.

What we don't have yet
Richmond figures of our own. The studio is new to this city, and saying so plainly beats implying a local history we haven't earned. Everything above was measured on the Gulf Coast client fleet. When a Richmond engagement produces a number that survives the same verification, it lands on this page — tagged the same way.
Want your results kept this honestly — measured where we can measure, tagged where we can't? The form is the way in, and the answer you get back is a straight one.
